I had never been a very active person. I was always the last one to be picked for any sports team in school, and I never really enjoyed going to the gym. However, about a year ago, I decided that I wanted to start getting in shape.
I had recently seen some pictures of myself from a friend’s wedding and I was not happy with how I looked. I knew that I needed to make a change. I started by doing some research on different types of exercises that I could do.
I found a workout routine that I thought looked doable and I started following it. At first, it was tough. I was sore and tired all the time. I wanted to give up, but I kept pushing through.
Now, a year later, I am in the best shape of my life. I have so much more energy, and I feel great. I am so glad that I decided to start exercising. It has truly been a life-changing experience.
