Anabolic Cooking Review
We all know that nutrition and diet are huge factors in building muscle. Almost all bodybuilders would agree that nutrition is even more important than getting to the gym, and if you’re not getting the right amount of nutrients, you will see little to no results in muscle growth.
Although nutrition is important, it can be difficult to find a good variety of foods and recipes. No one wants to eat the same meals week after week and it can lead to boredom and eventually you have to quit your diet.
So, what can we do about this? Well, you could surf the internet for hours and try to find new ideas, but that takes too long. Wouldn’t it be great if all of the foods and recipes were in one convenient book? Well, the answer to this question is that they are in the Anabolic Cooking program.

The man who has put together all of these fantastic foods and recipes is Dave Ruel, who is a professional bodybuilder, muscle-building coach, and nutritionist. Early on in his career, Dave struggled to put on any weight even though he was hitting the gym consistently. After years of wasting his time, he decided to start focusing on his nutrition and that’s when he finally started to see results.
His problem was that he couldn’t find any good sources to add variety to his diet and after getting frustrated, he decided to take matters into his own hands, and launched a website to focus on muscle-building nutrition. Then he took all of the knowledge he had collected on his site and created the Anabolic Cooking program.
Anabolic Cooking Review
As you may know, if you’ve read any of my other articles, I heavily stress the importance of diet. I will never recommend any fitness product that does not have a solid diet plan. Although this is not a complete fitness program (diet only), the Anabolic Cooking program blows away any diet plan found in a complete fitness program. Well, I’ll stop my rambling and move onto the review.
There are many fantastic features of The Anabolic Cooking program, so to save time for us I’m going to highlight some of the most important parts. In the video I go more in-depth with the program.
The book starts with an introduction that discusses just how important a diet is to muscle building. It is then followed up by a biography of Dave Ruel and how he came to create the Anabolic Cooking program and after that you really get into the foods and the recipes.
